    We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious health & sanitation Issues. We do not accept returns on Multimedia (DVDs and videos) unless factory sealed. All Sales Final!

    Refund Policy

    Because we carry the highest quality products, we offer a 30 day warranty in the event of a manufacturer defect.   

    To return merchandise

    When returning any part of your order we ask that you kindly package the merchandise securely and return it to the address below. We will promptly exchange your order based on the date in which it is received by our warehouse. If your return is eligible for an exchange, please let us know which item of equal value that you wish to receive. Please use our contact form for a return authorization number and include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return.
